Our new Studio Linen ECO is 100% compatible with Studio Linen.
Studio Linen Print by Erika Knight is the multicolored version of our popular Studio Linen. This innovative summer yarn has an interesting composition: 15% premium linen from Belgium is combined with 85% recycled linen – spun and dyed in Italy. It's hard to imagine a more sustainable way to produce yarn – and at such an affordable price. The creator, Erika Knight, says of this blend: “…A fiber thousands of years old – recycled for today's creators.”
Not to mention the look you can create with Studio Linen: elegant, classic, timeless – and, if desired, luxurious and sophisticated. How does it feel? Supple, smooth, and cool. The understated color palette leaves room for creative shaping or intricate patterns. My endorphins are going wild!
Linen is made from flax fibers, which do not require soaking and are virtually resistant to pests. A large portion of the plant can actually be used for the production of linen yarn. The dyes are free of animal-derived ingredients, making this yarn suitable for vegans.
