Refund policy

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen (14) days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, acquired possession of the last item of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Soul Wool c/o Selected Yarns GmbH, Brauereistraße 30, 19306 Neustadt-Glewe, Germany, info@soul-wool.com, Phone: +49 (0)38722 227 25, Fax: +49 (0)38722 227 50) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax, or email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, although this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Returns are only accepted for yarn balls, skeins, and yarn packs that are returned in their original condition.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of standard delivery (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen (14) days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract.

We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided evidence that you have sent back the goods, whichever occurs first.

You must send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and, in any event, no later than fourteen (14) days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen (14) days has expired.

You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value results from handling the goods in a way that was not necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for the manufacture of which an individual choice or decision by the consumer is essential, or which are clearly tailored to the consumer's personal needs.

Voluntary 6-Month Return Guarantee

In addition to your statutory right of withdrawal, we offer a voluntary return guarantee of six (6) months.

This voluntary guarantee does not affect or limit your statutory right of withdrawal in any way. The six-month return period begins only after the statutory withdrawal period has expired. Until the statutory withdrawal period has ended, only the statutory conditions governing the right of withdrawal shall apply.
