Terms of service
1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all deliveries from Soul Wool to consumers within the meaning of Section 13 of the German Civil Code (BGB).

Important: Payment of due invoices shall only be made with discharging effect to the respective PayPal account specified on the invoice. Please check the invoice you receive from PayPal.

3. Offer and Conclusion of Contract
3.1 The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but a non-binding invitation to submit an offer. Errors and omissions excepted.
3.2 By clicking the order button in the final step of the ordering process, you place a binding order for the goods listed on the order page. Your order constitutes a binding offer to us to conclude a purchase contract.
When you place an order with us, we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order and listing its details (order confirmation). This order confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your offer, but merely informs you that we have received your order.
The purchase contract is only concluded upon dispatch of the ordered product to you and confirmation of dispatch by means of a second e-mail (shipping confirmation). No purchase contract shall be concluded for products from the same order that are not listed in the shipping confirmation.
4. Right of Withdrawal for Consumers

Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, takes possession of the last goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Soul Wool c/o Selected Yarns GmbH, Brauereistraße 30, Haus 1, D-19306 Neustadt-Glewe, info@soul-wool.com, Telephone: +49 (0)38722 227 25, Fax: +49 (0)38722 227 50) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail).
You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, although it is not mandatory.
To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient for you to send the notification concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
Returns under this policy are only accepted for balls of yarn, skeins and yarn packages in their original condition.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract.
For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. In no event will you be charged any fees as a result of this reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence that you have sent the goods back, whichever is the earlier.
You must send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.
You shall bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You shall only be liable for any diminished value of the goods if this diminished value results from handling the goods beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following contracts:

Contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for whose production an individual selection or specification by the consumer is decisive, or which are clearly tailored to the consumer's personal requirements.

In addition to your statutory right of withdrawal, we voluntarily offer a 6-month return policy. This does not restrict your statutory right of withdrawal in any way. The period for this voluntary return policy begins after the statutory withdrawal period has expired.
Until the statutory withdrawal period has expired, only the statutory conditions set out above shall apply.
5. Prices and Shipping Costs
5.1 The prices stated on the product pages include the applicable statutory value-added tax and other price components.

6. Delivery
6.1 Delivery within Germany is generally carried out via DPD or Deutsche Post as an insured parcel and, for very small quantities, also by letter post.
6.2 The delivery time within Germany is 2–4 working days. Any deviations from these delivery times will be indicated on the respective product page.
Should there be any delays in delivery, the customer will be informed as soon as possible.
6.3 Orders are generally shipped complete in a single shipment. If individual items from an order are not in stock, delivery of the entire order will be delayed accordingly.
A partial delivery in advance may be arranged by agreement. Partial deliveries and subsequent deliveries with a value of goods of €30 or more shall be shipped free of charge; for a value of goods below €30, additional shipping costs shall apply.
7. Payment
7.1 Payment may be made by PayPal invoice (also possible without a PayPal account), PayPal or direct debit.
For payment by invoice, the payment period is 14 calendar days from the invoice date.
7.2 You shall only be entitled to set off counterclaims if these have been legally established, are undisputed or have been acknowledged by us in writing.
7.3 You may only exercise a right of retention insofar as the claims arise from the same contractual relationship.
8. Retention of Title
The goods remain the property of the Seller until full payment has been received.
9. Warranty
The statutory warranty provisions shall apply.
In the event of defects arising during the statutory warranty period of two years from delivery, you have the statutory right to subsequent performance (at your option: remedy of the defect or replacement delivery) and, provided the statutory requirements are met, the statutory rights to a reduction in the purchase price or withdrawal from the contract, as well as the right to claim damages.
