Stitch holders
The Strand Top is knitted from the hem to the armholes on circular needles in rows, then divided to finish the front and overlapping back sections individually. The shoulders are seamed and the back opening is secured with I-cord ties. Stitches are picked up for the ribbed collar and worked in the round, and the armholes are finished with narrow knitted edgings.
