How do you make soft merino wool even softer? It's simple: just add 30% of the finest alpaca! Voila! Rowan Alpaca Soft DK is ready for anything: knitting sweaters, blankets, hats, shawls – it can handle it all. It's not ideal for baby clothes, though, as it should only be hand-washed. Merino wool is naturally very smooth and is considered itch-free by 99.9% of people. Alpaca wool, with its unique structure, provides excellent insulation. It keeps you warm when it's cold and cool when it's warm.
