The raw wool is purchased at the wool auction in Bradford and then sorted, combed, spun, steamed, and wound in Yorkshire. This wonderful blend consists of approximately half luxurious Bluefaced Leicester wool and robust Masham in a sweater-suitable Aran weight. It is therefore a truly local wool that has its roots in the heart of the English textile industry. That's the story behind the yarn.
