Studio Linen Eco

Our popular Studio Linen from Erika Knight has been slightly revised: Studio Linen Eco impresses with 30% linen and 70% Tencel. Tencel is a cellulose fiber made from wood that comes from certified forestry. It is produced in a closed loop in which the water and solvents used are almost completely recycled. Tencel is a little softer than the viscose used previously, so we increased the proportion of premium linen from the original 15% to 30%. The result: in a blind test, the new Studio Linen Eco cannot be distinguished from its predecessor! Gauge, stitch definition and the feel of the knitted fabric: everything as before, only now with Tencel and a higher linen content! Linen is obtained from the flax fiber, which generally needs no irrigation or pesticides. The yarn stands out for its timeless look and versatile properties: elegant, classic, supple and cool on the skin. The subtle color palette underlines its elegant appearance and offers plenty of room for creative designs – whether sophisticated patterns, clean lines or luxurious details. The colors are being replaced gradually. Colors from the old and new versions can be combined with each other without any problems.
