The Marsden Moor socks are fun to knit and have a straightforward design. They start at the cuff and are knitted from the leg to the toe. After the ribbing, a lace pattern inspired by pheasant feathers adorns the leg.

For foot circumference: 18-20 (20.5-23) cm
Negative extra width: approx. 2.5 cm less than the measured foot circumference

Dimensions:
Foot circumference: 21.5 (24.5) cm
The length from the cuff to the bottom of the heel and from heel to toe is variable. If a tighter fit is desired...
If a better fit is needed, the socks can be knitted with a smaller needle.

Needles:
2.0mm double-pointed needles or circular knitting needles with a length of 20 cm.
Or the needle size with which you achieve the same gauge.

Gauge: 28 sts x 48 rnds = 10 x 10 cm knitted in the round in stockinette stitch, after washing and blocking.
