1. Eligibility

All natural persons aged 18 and over who have a customer account with Kremke Handelsgesellschaft mbH are eligible to participate. Participation in the bonus program is free of charge.

2. Registration and Participation

Participation in the bonus program takes place either by registering a customer account or by giving explicit consent when signing up for the bonus program. Each participant may only hold one account.

3. Collecting Bonus Points

Points are collected with every purchase made on www.soul-wool.com. The number of points awarded depends on the respective purchase value or on special promotions.

4. Redeeming Bonus Points

Collected points can be redeemed for a discount on an order once a minimum of 100 points has been reached. Cash payment is excluded.

5. Validity and Expiry of Points

Points are valid for 24 months from the date they are credited. Unredeemed points will automatically expire at the end of the calendar year in which their validity period ends. Participants will be notified in advance by email about the impending expiration.

6. Misuse and Exclusion

In cases of suspected misuse, manipulation, or other breaches of contract, Kremke Handelsgesellschaft mbH reserves the right to exclude participants from the bonus program and to cancel their points.

7. Termination of Participation

Participation in the bonus program can be terminated at any time by the participant or by Kremke Handelsgesellschaft mbH without prior notice. Upon termination, all collected but unredeemed points will expire.

8. Program Changes

Kremke Handelsgesellschaft mbH reserves the right to change the bonus program or these terms and conditions at any time or to discontinue the program entirely. Changes will be announced in a timely manner.

9. Data Protection

Personal data collected as part of the bonus program will be used exclusively for the implementation of the program.
