And here comes a super snuggly version of our sock yarns. The 10% Alpaca portion don't sound like a lot, but it really makes the difference! The mill sent us five different material combinations when we asked for a super soft yet stable sock yarn composition. And this is the one that really convinced us. It offers the best of 2 worlds: the sturdiness and machine washability of a proper sock yarn and the required softness to also use it for accessories and garments.
We have decided to offer it on 50g balls, which gives you extra flexibility for colorwork, not only in your socks but also in your shawls, sweaters and everything you like to be warm, soft and easy-care.
The yarn is spun from South American (thus mulesing-free) raw wool in Italy.
